HOULTON, Maine — The Aroostook Youth Basketball League (AYBL) is an organization committed to providing competitive basketball opportunities for youth in grades 3-8, serving as a feeder program for high school basketball teams.
Youth will have an opportunity to be on a team that plays a 10-14 game schedule, with games at home and away in towns like Presque Isle, Caribou, Madawaska, and Fort Kent. Any boy or girl in grades 7 or 8 that is interested in playing, should email Holly Hodgkins at houltonaybl@gmail.com by Jan. 8.
The season runs from Jan. 11 until April 10. Anyone interested in coaching an AYBL team should get in touch with the Houlton Area Coordinator, Holly Hodgkins, at houltonaybl@gmail.com.
