HOULTON — The following cases were heard in Superior Court at the Houlton Courthouse during the month of November.
Richard A. Anderson, 55, Oakfield: probation violation, 45 days in jail, probation partially revoked, and probation continued.
Raymond C. Barton, 46, Hodgdon: unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, $400 fine, two years in prison, all but 90 days suspended, two years probation, and $120 restitution.
Steven James Gonya, 30, Houlton: domestic violence assault, priors, nine months, one day in prison.
Joseph R. Hamel, 29, Linneus: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 48 hours in jail and $120 restitution.
Dustin Smith, 22, Houlton: domestic violence assault, nine months in prison; aggravated assault, 18 months in prison and $4,689.15 restitution; assault, $300 fine, and nine months in prison; theft by unauthorized use of property, six months in prison; operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, six months in prison and 150-day license suspension; aggravated criminal mischief, nine months in prison; and violating condition of release, three months in prison.
Daniel T. Vose, 32, Houlton: burglary (two counts), seven years in prison, all but three years suspended, three years probation and $982.92 restitution (first) and three years in prison (second); theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), 364 days in prison (each); forgery and misuse of identification, 364 days in prison (each); and violating conditions of release, six months in prison.
