Adult Education CNA graduates receive pins

 HOULTON, Maine — Otis Smith, director of RSU 29/70 Houlton/Hodgdon Adult Education, and David Keaton, director of Region Two CTE, have announced the graduates of the Region Two CTE Fall 2015 Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Course.

Successfully completing the course under the tutelage of Region Two CNA Instructor Kim Fox, BSN, were Kimberly Carter, Audrey Doughty, Chelsea Folsom, Elizabeth Gardner, Natalie Hill, Kirsten LaRosa, Libby Taylor, Staci Merritt, Megan Sides, and Shania Stover.

CNA training is comprised of 180 hours of classroom instruction and 40 hours of clinical experience. For those interested in beginning a career in the Allied Health Care field, Adult Education has another CNA course at Region Two starting Jan. 5.
