HOULTON — The following cases were heard under the Aroostook Criminal Docket at the Houlton Courthouse during the month of November.
Richard A. Anderson, 55, Oakfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, and criminal trespass, 45 days in jail (each).
Benjamin J. Barnes, 31, Danforth: theft by unauthorized use of property, 21 days in jail, and $267 restitution; driving to endanger, $575 fine, 21 days in jail and 180-day license suspension; and failing to stop, remain, render aid, personal injury, and failing to make oral or written accident report, 14 days in jail (each).
Samuel Henry Bear, 25, Houlton: operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 150-day license suspension.
Robert D. Betschner Jr., 34, Dyer Brook: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 150-day license suspension.
Marcy Breton, 55, Island Falls: theft by deception, unconditional discharge.
Ryan Caron, 25, Houlton: criminal trespass, $100 fine; domestic violence terrorizing, 60 days in jail, all but seven days suspended, one year probation; and refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, seven days in jail.
Daniel J. Corey, 55, disposal of official, littering (two counts), $500 fine (each).
Ryan Dow, 45, Houlton: unlawful cutting of trees by another, $500 restitution.
Dovon K. Drake, 50, Lewiston: criminal trespass, six months in jail, all but 30 days suspended, and one year administrative release sentence.
Crystal Lynn Fitzpatrick, 39, Houlton: failure to register vehicle, $100 fine.
Daniel L. Foscaldi, 36, Presque Isle: operating after license suspension, $250 fine.
Harvey Frederick, 54, Cary Plantation: allowing minor to operate ATV in violation, $100 fine.
Leda L. Giggey, 45, Mars Hill: violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
Steven James Gonya, 30, Houlton: violating condition of release, nine months, one day in prison; and violating condition of release, 14 days in jail.
Christopher E. Gore, 41, Houlton: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Claudette Greene, 63, Cos Cob, Ct.: operating/permit operation unregistered motorboat, $200 fine.
Lionel W. Hamm, 45, Oakfield: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, dismissed.
Shawn M. Ireland, 47, Oakfield: violating protection from abuse order, and violating condition of release, 14 days in jail (each).
Nick J. Ivey, 40, Houlton: obstructing report of crime, three days in jail.
Barry P. Markham, 65, Medway: theft by receiving stolen property, 72 hours in jail.
Francis Murray III, 41, Mars Hill: domestic violence assault, priors, three years in prison; violating protection from abuse order, 364 days in prison; aggravated operating after revocation, priors, $2,000 fine, four years in prison; OUI (alcohol), prior, $700 fine, 364 days in prison, three years’ license suspension, registration suspended; and eluding an officer, four years in prison.
David A. Nichols, 39, Danforth: motor vehicle speeding: 30+ mphover speed limit, $500 fine.
Adreanna K. Phillips, 18, Danforth: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine.
Krystal L. Poisson, 29, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine and $186 restitution.
Clifford B. Redman, 27, Monticello: operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine and 30 days in jail.
Joel A. Redman, 21, Island Falls: burning without permit, $100 fine.
Danielle L. Rideout, 41, Mattawamkeag: assault, $300 fine.

Brian Saunders, 33, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, $400 fine, 30 days in jail, and $120 restitution; and criminal forfeiture of property, forfeited.
Gene L. Somers, 79, Houlton: passing a stopped school bus, $250 fine.
Sean A. Stevenson, 26, Hermon: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
Dana C. Terry, 43, Orrington: loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle, $200 fine.
Kenneth E. Trecartin, 63, Newport: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.
Courtney Welton, 55, Ludlow: burning without permit, $500 restitution; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 72 hours in jail and $448.24 restitution.
Kota Yamazaki, 56, Brooklyn, N.Y.: fishing without valid license, $100 fine; and violating of number, amount, weight or size, $120 fine.
