McKISSICK, Clayton “Junnie” R., 46, Dec. 28, 2015. A private funersal service with a public luncheon was held at 2 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 2 at the Linneus Snoclub. Arrangements by Clay Funeral Home, Lincoln.
ORIENT – Clayton R. “Junnie” McKissick Jr., 46, passed away unexpectedly at his home December 28, 2015, after a long, hard-fought battle with bipolar depression. Junnie was a well-known mechanic and fabricator who took pride in any job he did, giving it 110 percent. He was a loving, compassionate, humble man who will be deeply and sadly missed by many, including his wife of 23 years, Kathleen, and their two daughters, Kassidy and Jordyn, of whom he was extremely proud.
In addition he leaves behind a large, loving family including his sisters, Laurie and Billy Hovey and Tammy and Ricky Acott; brothers, Brian McKissick and fiance, Wendi Britton as well as Scott McKissick; Beverly and Donald Bubar, MaryAnn and Alan Hanscom, Christina and Maurice Gray, Roland and April Crawford, and Thomas Crawford, as well as many, many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends who loved him dearly and who he loved to have come and stay and enjoy four-wheeling and snowsledding trips. He was predeceased by his parents, Clayton and Gloria, McKissick and his father-in-law Harry Crawford.
A private funeral services with a public luncheon was held at 2 p.m. Saturday, January 2 at the Linneus Snoclub.
