HOULTON — The following cases were heard in Superior Court at the Houlton Courthouse during the month of December.
Vladimir Alphonse, 34, Windham: failing to report, two months in prison.
Zachery W. Austin, 28, Merrill: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), 30 days in jail (each); and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
Micah Barnes, 28, Hodgdon: domestic violence assault, 364 days in prison, all but 120 days suspended, two years’ probation and $460 restitution; and criminal mischief, 30 days in jail.
Philip J. Buzzeo, 37, Buxton: probation violation, 16 months in prison and probation revoked.
Yhwhtowbi Martinez, 34, Merrill: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, 364 days in prison, all but 120 days suspended and one year probation.
Travis L. Merritt, 34, Houlton: operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine, 30 days in jail; theft by deception, two years in prison, all but six months suspended, one year probation and $2,808 restitution; and making false statement/unemployment fraud, six months in jail.
Secret D. Skinner, 39, Oakfield: probation violation, 60 days in jail and probation revoked.
