The Houlton-Hodgdon Adult Education program is offering sessions on raising chickens. All sessions will be held at the Houlton Higher Education Center in Room 111 from 6-8 p.m.
The first session is March 3, entitled “Choosing the Right Breed,” followed by “Housing and Equipment” on March 10 and “Nutrition and Health” March 17, 2016. The presenter is Linda Trickey of the University of Maine Cooperative Extension.
