HOULTON — The following cases were heard in Superior Court at the Houlton Courthouse during the month of January.
Kenneth Adams, 31, Bronx, N.Y.: aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, $2,000 fine, 14 years in prison all but seven years suspended, four years’ probation; criminal forfeiture of property; and aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, $400 fine and seven years in prison.
Adam E. Anderson, 27, Dexter: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, six months in jail; and burglary, two years in prison, all but six months suspended, two years’ probation and $720 restitution.
William A. Baker, 35, Fort Kent: probation violation, two years in prison, and probation revoked.
Michael C. Bennett, 24, Oakfield: probation violation, nine months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued; and theft by receiving stolen property, and six months in jail, all suspended.
Shawn M. Binette, 43, Houlton: possessing sexual explicit material of minor under age 12, 30 months in prison, all but eight months suspended, and four years’ probation.
Tony L. Brown, 44, Linneus: criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, 18 months in prison, all but 60 days suspended, two years’ probation; and probation violation, 60 days in jail, and probation revoked.
Toni Bulley, 49, Mars Hill: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, 18 months in prison; and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, seven years in prison, all but 18 months suspended, three years’ probation and $2,344.86 restitution.
Matthew James Collett, 27, Houlton: domestic violence assault, 15 months in prison; violating condition of release, six months in prison; and violating protection from abuse order, six months in prison.
James H. Cook, 43, Hodgdon: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, one year in prison, all but 16 days suspended, and one year probation.
Christopher Eugene Crowe, 35, Oakfield: criminal mischief, one year in prison, all but one month suspended, one year probation; rule violation, operating under influence .04-.08, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail; and OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, 30 days in jail and 150-day license suspension.
Gary Gardiner, 59, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, four years in prison, all but four months suspended, and two years’ probation.
Earl E. Little, Jr., 25, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 180 days in jail, all but 72 hours suspended, and one year probation.
Jonathan Lee London, 49, Oakfield: probation violation, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked, and probation continued.
Tyler E. McCluskey, 31, Bangor: probation violation, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked, and probation continued.
Douglas A. Morin, 31, Oakfield: domestic violence assault, seven days in jail.
Christopher Sennett, 45, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, and 30 days in jail.
Mark T. Smith, 57, Houlton: aggravated assault, eight years in prison, all but five years suspended, four years’ probation and $929.05 restitution.
Chester Sowards, 47, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 60 days in jail, all suspended, one year administrative release sentence, and $10,000 restitution.
Rae Anne L. Whitten, 25, Linneus: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, two years in prison, all but six months suspended, two years’ probation, $4,963.64 restitution.
