Blood drive
    The University will host its annual Fall Semester Campus-wide Red Cross Blood Drive on Thursday, Oct. 23, from noon to 6 p.m. Walk-ins are welcome or you can call to reserve a time in advance.  The American Red Cross needs to collect 1,400 pints of blood each working day to meet the needs of people in Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Vermont. Club hosts Haunted House
    The PE Majors Club will host a Haunted House at the Aroostook Centre Mall for two nights just before Halloween. The event is scheduled for Friday and Saturday, Oct. 24-25. Hours are: 4-8 p.m. Friday; 1-3 p.m. and 4-8 p.m. Saturday.This is a fund-raising opportunity for the club. Cost is $4 per person. For more information, call 768-9457.
