The Houlton chapter of TOPS held its weekly meeting Feb. 19 at the Aldergate Building on Kelleran Street.
Nine TOPS members and two KOPS members weighed in. The loser of the week was Janette Nelson, and the runner-ups were Mildren Gagnon and Brenda Lacostic.
The skinny dish was won by Mildred Gagnon.
Brenda Lacostic gave a program on ways to stay safe when it is cold outside. Some of these hints brought discussion from all present. Some medications and health problems can cause hypothermia.
