HOULTON, Maine — RSU 29/70 Adult Education will be offering an intensive, compressed, 27-hour College Access Program (CAP) from May 31-June 16, 2016, for individuals thinking about starting or returning to college after a lengthy time away from higher education.
This course will be held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to noon at the Houlton Higher Education Center, 18 Military St. Learners participating in the CAP program will have an opportunity to dual enroll in Northern Maine Community College’s COL 103
