HOULTON, Maine — The following cases were heard under the Aroostook Criminal Docket at the Houlton Courthouse during the month of March.
Jaimee M. Shaffer, 31, Patten: negotiating a worthless instrument, nine months in jail, all but 58 days suspended, one-year probation and $1,483.95 restitution; and theft by unuauthorized taking or transfer, 58 days in jail.
James Skirvin, 42, Merrill: probation violation, four months in jail and probation revoked.
Jerry F. Lowe, 49, Danforth: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Robert W. Catlin, 47, Stacyville: operating while under the influence (alcohol), prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail, three-year license suspension, registration suspended; driving to endanger, $575 fine, seven days in jail, 30-day license suspension; and aggravated criminal mischief, 18 months in prison, all but 60 days suspended and one-year probation.
Benuel B. Esch, 56, Smyrna: probation violation, 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Michael J. Cooper, 27, Limestone: attaching false plates, $100 fine.
Shawn Ireland, 47, Houlton: violating protection from abuse order, 14 days in jail.
Devin M. Tracy, 23, Monticello: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, 150-day license suspension; and operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Joshua J. Merriam, 28, Presque Isle: trafficking in prison contraband, 20 months in prison and $120 restitution.
Mary L. Carmichael, 21, Hodgdon: OUI (alcohol), $600 fine and 150-day license suspension.
Robert Aucoin, 26, Houlton: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, 72 hours in jail and 150-day license suspension.
Andrew W. Reeves, 31, Hodgdon: theft of services, 15 hours community service.
Scott D. Charette, 42, Houlton: OUI (drugs or combo), $500 fine and 150-day license suspension.
