The Purple Hat ladies met at the Region 2 Vocational Center at Houlton High School for their May meeting.
After a delicious luncheon the meeting was called to order with Cindy Gray recognizing those with a birthday in May. Joanne Scott was the winner of the RIGHT candy game. Winners of the monthly drawing were Sandy Wyman and Verna Boone.
Cindy Gray read the story of a man named Frank. Several members told what they did to celebrate Mother’s Day. Things you never hear a mother say were also read. After some discussion a meeting place for next month was selected.
