HOULTON, Maine — The RSU 29/70 Adult Education program will hold a Maine Driving Dynamics course on Saturday, May 21 from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Houlton Higher Education Center.
This course covers collision-avoidance techniques and safety tips designed to improve driving skills. These techniques will be discussed using videos, lecture and classroom participation. Those completing the course will receive a three-point credit on their driving record. Some insurance companies offer discounts on their auto insurance premiums for taking this course.
The cost is $40 or $10 for those 65 and older. The instructor is Mike Truman.
