PATTEN — Rosalie Anne (Gordon) Merrow, 85, received the ultimate victory on May 23rd, 2016 in Patten. She is now with Jesus. She was born November 17th, 1930 in Lincoln to James and Edith (Banks) Gordon. She grew up in Hartland, Maine and was a graduate of Heartland Academy. In 1949 she married George Merrow and they eventually settled in Patten.
Rose is survived by her loving husband of 67 years, George; a sister, Charlotte McDougal; sister-in-law, Sharon Wes; special Aunt Phyllis Banks; several nieces, nephews and many friends. She was predeceased by her parents; her brother, James Gordon and a nephew, Daryl Gordon. At Rose’s request there will be no services.
