HOULTON, Maine — The Houlton Police Department responded to the following incidents from June 19-25.

 

Sunday, June 19

2:53 a.m. — Off. Smith responded to Bangor Street to investigate suspicious activity.

6:07 a.m. — Off. Boutilier responded to Customs Loop to summons a 42-year-old New Jersey female for failing to obtain a driver’s license.

6:59 a.m. — Off. Quint responded to Brook Street for an animal complaint.

11:00 a.m. — Off. Boutilier responded to Ludlow Road to investigate a motor vehicle complaint.

11:17 p.m. — Off. Smith responded to B Road to investigate suspicious activity.

 

Monday, June 20

1:15 a.m. — Off. Wampler responded to Mechanic Street to investigate suspicious activity.

12:01 p.m. — Off. Bickford responded to Back Ridge Road to investigate theft/forgery/fraud.

3:00 p.m. — Off. Cyr responded to Riverfront Park to investigate an assault.

3:16 p.m. — Off. Bickford responded to Court Street to investigate suspicious activity.

3:22 p.m. — Off. Cyr responded to Military Street to investigate a complaint.

 

Tuesday, June 21

12:41 a.m. — Off. Smith responded to Customs Loop to summons a 32-year-old Wade male and a 34-year-old Wade male for possessing marijuana.

10:20 a.m. — Off. Cyr responded to Alfred Street to investigate a theft/forgery/fraud.

1:44 p.m. — Off. Cyr responded to Ludlow Road for an animal complaint.

2:14 p.m. — Off. Cyr responded to Ludlow Road to investigate a complaint.

2:20 p.m. — Off. Bickford responded to Military Street to investigate a domestic disturbance.

5:04 p.m. — Off. Cyr responded to Starkey Farm Road to investigate suspicious activity.

3:56 p.m. — Off. Boutilier responded to the HPD lobby to investigate a theft/forgery/fraud.

8:59 p.m. — Off. Smith responded to Randall Avenue to investigate suspicious activity.

9:36 p.m. — Sgt. Wampler responded to Pleasant Street to investigate a disturbance.

5:46 p.m. — Off. Smith responded to Elm Street to summons a 35-year-old Orient female for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal trespass.

8:46 p.m. — Off. Smith responded to North Street to arrest a 27-year-old Houlton male, Michael Nickerson, as a fugitive from Justice.

9:14 p.m. — Off. Smith responded to First Street to investigate suspicious activity.

9:20 p.m. — Off. Smith responded to Walker Road to investigate suspicious activity.

9:27 p.m. — Sgt. Wampler responded to North Street to investigate a burglary.

10:17 p.m. — Off. Smith responded to Military Street to arrest a 33-year-old St. John male, Justin Soucy, for violation of protective order.

8:33 a.m. — Off. York responded to North Street to summons a 26-year-old Houlton female for unlawful possession of oxycodone and violating condition of release.

3:22 p.m. — Off. York responded to New Limerick to assist another agency.

4:28 p.m. — Off. Cyr responded to Pearce Avenue to summons a 28-year-old Houlton female for violating condition of release.

7:36 p.m. — Off. Bickford responded to Green Street for an animal complaint.

8:26 p.m. — Off. Bickford responded to Hogan Street to investigate a disturbance.

10:11 p.m. — Off. Janakis responded to North Street for an animal complaint.

HPD Corner

Pet owners, the Houlton Police Department would like you to prepare for the fireworks taking place on July 2 in Market Square, and on July 4 at Community Park.

Animals are frightened by the loud noises and bright lights. Each year we are made aware of animals running off during these events, as animal become traumatized.
