HOULTON, Maine — The inaugural Shiretown Football Clinic sponsored by the Houlton Football Association and the Houlton High School varsity football team, will be held Monday, July 25, to through Wednesday, July 27, from 6-8 p.m. at the Maliseet Sports Complex.
Students from grades 3-12 are welcome. The staff of the Houlton High School football team will instruct. Head Coach Brian Reynolds will be assisted by coaches Jon Solomon, Vernon Upton and Andy Hay. Fundamentals and basics, as well as techniques in the sport will be featured in a fun environment. This is a non-contact sports clinic.
The fee is $30 which includes three session’s instruction and T-shirt. Parents or guardians must be present to register candidates. All are welcome to observe. Participating students should wear shorts, T-shirts and cleats/sneakers and are asked to bring water.
