DANFORTH – Lena Mae Johnson, 85, passed away July 14, 2016, at a Houlton hospital. She was born September 8, 1930, in Springvale, and was the daughter of Clarence Andrews, Jr., and Hazel E. Johnson. Lena had been a resident of Pownal, Augusta, and Newburgh, before moving to Danforth in 1986. Many thanks for the wonderful care and support from her DHA family including staff at the Central Street Home, Birchwood Hills and the Danforth Habilitation Residential Center.
A memorial service was held at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, July 19, 2016, at the Danforth Pentecostal Church, with the Rev. Robert Root officiating. Interment will be in Danforth Hilltop Cemetery, at a later date. Condolences may be left at www.clayfuneralhome.com.
