HOULTON — The following cases were heard in Superior Court at the Houlton Courthouse during the month of June.
Rafael T. Ortiz, Jr., 48, Houlton: probation violation, 15 months in prison and probation revoked.
Ricci T. Wafford, 35, Farmington, MI: illegal importation of scheduled drugs, $4,500 fine, three years in prison, all but 15 months suspended and two years’ probation.
Sara Miller, 28, Veazie: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 30 days in jail.
Merrill L. Tompkins III, 42, Chester: criminal mischief, 48 hours in jail; and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $250 fine.
James A. Anthony, 31, Ludlow: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine and two years in prison.
