HOULTON, Maine — The following cases were heard under the Aroostook Criminal Docket at the Houlton Courthouse during the month of June.
Dorothy Jean Cosme, 31, Houlton: disorderly conduct, offensive words, and gestures, $300 fine.
Christopher J. Coty, 36, Houlton: violating protection from abuse order, 30 days in jail; and operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine, six months in jail.
Shelby Lane, 23, Macwahoc: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine and 50-hour community service.
Joseph J. Rodweller, 59, Linneus: illegal possession of firearm, $1,500 fine; and placing bait to entice deer, $500 fine.
Samantha Moulton, 36, Houlton: misuse of public benefits instrument, 30 days in jail, $349.85 restitution; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, 30 days in jail.
James A. Anthony, 31, Ludlow: operating meth laboratory, five years in prison, all but 30 months suspended, three years’ probation; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, five years in prison, all but 30 months suspended, three years’ probation; and violating condition of release, 30 days in prison.
Kayla Nason, 26, Houlton: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, three years in jail, all but nine months, one day suspended, three years’ probation.
Randy L. Smith, 58, Mount Chase, operating while under the influence (drugs or combo), $500 fine, 30 days in jail, 150-day license suspension, $120 restitution; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 30 days in jail and $120 restitution.
Ben Weston, 34, Houlton: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 150-day license suspension.
David Izzo, 33, Houlton: unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, $400 fine, three years in jail, all but six months suspended, two years’ probation and $180 restitution; use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine; and violating condition of release, 14 days in jail.
Jenna M. Matthews, 30, Houlton: violating condition of release, $400 fine.
Lacey D. Dunlop, 25, Linneus: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine and 50-hour community service.
