Margaret Barnes, 63, Littleton: elevated aggravated assault, 20 years in prison, all but five years suspended, six years’ probation; domestic violence reckless conduct, five years in prison, all suspended and four years’ probation.
Shawn Peaslee, 27, Van Buren: violating condition of release, six months in jail.
Joshua Beal, 31, Cherryfield: failure to comply sex offender registration act, first offense, seven days in jail; violating condition of release, seven days in jail; failure to appear after bailed, 30 days in jail.
Justin S. Moulton, 32, Houlton: domestic violence assault, five months in jail.
Michael Benoit, 43, Stacyville: criminal trespass, 24 hours in jail.
Tanaya Nason, 21, Houlton: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Michael D. Terry, 34, Weston: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; attaching false plates, $100 fine.
Gregory Burke, 25, Houlton: domestic violence assault, 90 days in jail; violating condition of release, 60 days in jail; domestic violence terrorizing, one year in jail, all but 90 days suspended, one year probation; domestic violence stalking, 90 days in jail; harassment by telephone, 15 days in jail; impersonating a public servant, 30 days in jail.
Chester Scott, 26, Littleton: violating protection from abuse order, 48 hours in jail.
Alicia Perkins, 27, Mars Hill: domestic violence assault, seven days in jail.
Kay C. Tessier, 39, Bridgewater: burning without permit, $100 fine.
Lacey Wardwell, 28, Presque Isle: assault, $300 fine, and five days in jail.
Lisa Starkweather, 54, Lisbon, Conn.: domestic violence assault, 364 days in prison, all but 30 days suspended, one year probation; domestic violence terrorizing, 30 days in jail.
Mataya D. Gardiner, 22, Houlton: violating condition of release, five days in jail.
Charles Trahan, 45, New Limerick: domestic violence criminal threatening, 30 days in jail; illegal possession of firearm, 12 months in prison, all but 30 days suspended and two years’ probation; violating protection from abuse order, 30 days in jail; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
Joshua Lee Donahue, 31, Houlton: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine, 50-hour community service; failure to register vehicle, $100 fine.
