HOULTON — E. Lorraine Robinson, 93, passed away Saturday, August 27, 2016 at a Houlton healthcare facility. She was born August 11, 1923 in Belfast, the daughter of Albert Henry and Mildred Irene (Slipp) Kimball.
Lorraine married her best friend Joseph E. Robinson on October 30, 1944. She enjoyed life, family and everyone she met.
Lorraine is survived by her precious daughter Marcia J. Homchuck of Houlton; granddaughter Melanie Lynn Cebula of Manassas, VA; great-grandson Brett Stuart Cebula, a niece, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her parents, her husband Joseph in 2013, her son R. Bruce Robinson in 2009 and her brother A. Leonard Kimball in 1983. Lorraine’s daughter would like to thank Dr. Abouleish, Madigan Estates and all the special staff, especially “her special girl” Debbie McGary for the wonderful care and much kindness they showed.
Graveside service will be held 11 a.m., Friday, Sept. 9, 2016 in the Evergreen Cemetery with Rev. Wayne Robertson officiating.
