The Purple Hat ladies enjoyed their meeting at Brookside Restaurant in Smyrna on Tuesday, Sept. 13.
It was a short meeting with several members missing because of illness. The group decided that at the upcoming Halloween meeting we would come in costume.
Attending were: Wannetta Townsend, Marie Gillotti, Delores Locke, Verna Boone, Berniece Campbell, Arlene Friel, Ramona White, Betty Wyman, Jackie Colella and Charlotte Marley.
The next meeting will be at Taste of China in Houlton.
