Payments can be made by cash or check and all items must be paid for in full at the time of pickup.
Pledges will continue to be accepted for the Boy and the Boot Endowment Fund sponsored by the Houlton Regional Health Services Foundation. Viewers and listeners are reminded that this is the 100th anniversary of the Boy and the Boot statue being located in Houlton. It was purchased in 1916 following a $1,000 gift from Clara Frisbee. The $1,000 pledge to the Health Services Foundation is in commemoration of Clara Frisbee’s gift. When the pledge is completed, the donor will receive a limited-edition pewter replica of the iconic statue.
The winner of the certificate for $500 of product from Dead River Company will be drawn before the close of the auction tonight. Tickets can be purchased from Rotarians or at the auction room until the time of the drawing. Tickets are $1 each or 6 for $5.
