Now that the New Year is here, it is time to wish everybody a great year, one of peace, joy and love. May all your troubles be little ones and your burdens be light.
A nice crowd of New Year’s revelers gathered in the community room to celebrate the New Year. They consumed pizza, chicken and other foods and all had a good time.
It is nice to see Joe Garnett up and about and home from the hospital. Keep it up, Joe.
Have you made New Year resolutions? I have not and don’t intend to. I’ll just do the best I can and hope it fills the bill.
Today (Sunday) is very cold here, mostly from the wind.
Our sympathy is extended to the family of Al Putnam. Al was a very nice man — I think that covers it. Family, friends and community will miss him.
Barbara Watson, a tenant from the second floor, has moved to Monticello. We’ll miss you, Barbara. Our best to you in your new environment.
