Caribou – Harold A. Somers, 78, died June 2, 2008, at Caribou. He was born in Caribou, August 26, 1929, the son of the late Arthur and Novella (Smith) Somers. Mr Somers was employed by Potato Service as well as Red Ball Potato Co. for many years. He was married to the late Rose (Madore) Somers.
He is survived by two brothers Galen of Caribou and Lee of Presque Isle, a sister Beryl Hale of Caribou, two half-sisters Marilyn Mirus of Florida and Natalie Undercolfer of N.H., two step-children Herman and Bernadette, his very special friend Jean Sutherland of Caribou and several nieces and nephews.
