With almost 60 years of installation experience and quality customer service, it’s easy to see why P and D Carpet Service has been in business for 38 years.
P and D offers a variety of products including carpets, vinyl, ceramic, wood and laminate flooring, as well as floor cleaning products. They also offer estimates and install their products into the home.
Owner, Dale Plourde says that focusing on customer service is important to their business.
“Good customer service is the key to being in business so long. That is why we have had some of the same customers for 38 years,” he stated.
Plourde said that compared to larger stores, P and D has cheaper installation fees and they also do free estimates.
“We have good prices and we guarantee our work,” said Plourde.
P and D also stresses neatness, making sure that all their vehicles are clean and tidy. During installations, they also strive to keep the house as neat as possible.
Plourde also said that being totally honest with their customers and treating them the way they, the employees, would want to be treated, makes P and D a successful business.
They also have a nice showroom, to put all of their products on display. Plourde says they have samples of anything you want. They currently have lots of stock in their showroom, including over 20 rolls of vinyl flooring, and lots of ceramic flooring priced at $.99 per foot.
