To the editor:
Whoever you are, and whatever your political affiliation, please join us, for your country and for the kids, on Tax Day Tea Party Day (April 15th). Bring a sign, bring a flag, bring whatever! Come to as many parties as you can.
8:30 a.m.: Houlton, in front of the “Welcome to Historic Market Square” sign, right next to Town and Country clothing store (the one with the big thermometer on top).
11 a.m.: Presque Isle, at the four corners downtown (intersection of Main and State).
1 p.m.: Caribou: in front of the caribou statue across from City Hall.
4 p.m.: Madawaska: intersection of Main Street and Bridge Ave. (at the top of the hill above Fraser Papers).
If you can bring a friend or your kids, bring them (great civics lesson!). A government run amok means kids with bleak futures. It’s time we stopped bankrupting future generations.
