CARIBOU – The following cases were heard in the District Court in Caribou during the month of June, 2010.
Kenneth L. Adams, Sr., 52, Caribou: violating condition of release, $250 fine and 10 days in jail; operating under the influence, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
Kyle S. Anderson, 24, Stockholm: domestic violence assault, $300 fine.
Mark A. Anderson, 42, New Sweden: possession of marijuana, $350 fine.
Jayson J. Boyd, 19, Caribou: violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
Adam Brown, 23, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
Preston A. Bull, 25, Washburn: violating condition of release (two counts), dismissed (first), $250 fine and two days in jail (second).
Bobbie Jo Cameron, 41, Presque Isle: probation violation, eight months in jail, probation revoked.
Casey D. Clayton, 23, Caribou: violating condition of release, 10 days in jail.
Nathan Corbin, 19, Caribou: violating condition of release, $250 fine and five days in jail.
Mark Damboise, 50, Connor Twp.: assault, $300 fine.
Daniel Ferranti, 20, Caribou: carrying concealed weapon, $500 fine; violating condition of release (two counts), five days in jail (first) and $500 fine and 48 hours in jail (second); criminal threatening, $300 fine and five days in jail; disorderly conduct, fighting, five days in jail; and allowing minor to possess or consume liquor, 48 hours in jail.
Brian E. Gomes, 20, Topsfield, Mass.: disorderly conduct, fighting, $300 fine.
Anthony Gonzalez, 24, Washburn: domestic violence assault, dismissed.
Jonathan J. Guerrette, 19, Presque Isle: terrorizing, five days in jail.
Christine M. Hart, 26, Caribou: violating condition of release and criminal trespass, three days in jail (each).
Henry C. Jolly, 29, Woodland: operating unregistered ATV, $100 fine.
Laurie Lannigan, 47, Limestone: disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, 12 hours in jail; and domestic violence assault, $300 fine and 10 days in jail.
Ryan E. McDuffie, 44, Caribou: OUI, $500 fine.
Michael J. Mills, 22, Presque Isle: OUI (two counts), $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension (first), $500 fine, 30 days in jail all but three days suspended and 90-day license suspension (second); and violating condition of release, three days in jail.
John N. Moutinho, 22, New Sweden: OUI, $500 fine and 48 hours in jail.
Melissa A. Rafford, 45, Caribou: disorderly conduct, loud noise, private place, 14 days in jail; assault, $300 fine and 14 days in jail, and refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, 14 days in jail.
Cecil D. Richards, 29, Mattawamkeag: disorderly conduct, $350 fine and domestic violence assault, dismissed.
Diane I. Sharp, 43, Caribou: fishing without valid license, $50 fine.
Albert St. Jean, 27, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
