Staff members at County Physical Therapy in Caribou were on hand to answer questions regarding their profession and also to offer advice on activities which help fight against obesity, during CPT’s Oct. 26, “Get Fit Night.” October is celebrated as National Physical Therapy Month by the American Physical Therapy Association. The NPTA’s focus this year is making the commitment to be physically active, which is one of the best ways for children and adults to prevent or combat obesity and its consequences. Helping to promote  healthy lifestyle activities are from left Kerry Flanagin, athletic trainer; Richard Ezzy, vice president of County Physical Therapy; Meghnn Scott, athletic trainer; Jeremy Dugal, physical therapist; and Mark Rossignol, CPT owner. In front, brothers Alex, left, and Ben  Ezzy, no strangers to the fundamental workings of all the exercise equipment also participated in the “Get Fit Night.”
