The Caribou Public Library will be hosting a “Mad Hatter” Tea Party on Wednesday, Feb. 23, from 1 to 2 p.m. This event is open to children in grade 1 and up.
Guests are invited to bring their favorite doll to the library and travel to Wonderland for tea.
