State Representatives Bernard Ayotte of Caswell, far left, and Peter Edgecomb of Caribou, far right, presented Kenneth and Winona “Harris” Ginn of Caribou with a legislative sentiment on Jan. 28 to celebrate their 70th wedding anniversary. The couple was married on Jan. 27, 1941 in New Sweden with the Rev. O.C. Wieden officiating. Ayotte and Edgecomb joined with friends and family in congratulating them and sent their best wishes for future happiness.
