On Friday, May 10, the Aroostook County grand jury completed its third session of 2013 and handed down 50 indictments against 45 individuals without any “no bills.”

Randolph G. Tapley, 31, Houlton: aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs and tampering with a witness.
Brian R. Sanford, 30, Smyrna: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs.
Felisha A. Suitter, 33, Smyrna: aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs.
Christopher H. Willett, 34, Benedicta: aggravated criminal mischief, domestic violence assault with prior and violating condition of release.
Salvatore J. Valiante, III, 32, Linneus: domestic violence assault with prior domestic violence, violating condition of release and violating condition of release.
Dovon K. Drake, 47, Island Falls: violating sex offender registration.
Thomas N. Pasquarelli, 47, Monticello: unlawful possession of oxycodone, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and unlawful furnishing of scheduled drugs.
Ryan J. Michaud, 27, Caribou: unlawful trafficking in synthetic hallucinogenic drugs.
John A. Belyea, Jr., 30, Hodgdon: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs and endangering the welfare of a child.
