Phil’s Florist and Greenhouses staff offers full service floral design crafted by a staff of two full-time and six-part time employees, each of which has been certified by the Maine State Florist and Growers Association as both professional florists and wedding consultants. Keeping themselves and their employees up-to-date with training and creative methods is at the forefront of the Corriveau’s agenda in order to better serve their customers.
“Continued education is important because it helps our staff bring our customers the very best products and services, as well as helping our professional florists stay on top of today’s trends,” Patty said, and her masters degree in floral design helps her add unique depth and creativity to each bouquet or centerpiece she carefully designs for each special occasion.
“Every thing we do we pay close attention to detail and it’s all about listening to your customer, because it’s ultimately all about them,” Patty said. “Our business is customer service.”
