Robert E. Chamberlain, 41, Connor Twp.: failing to make oral or written accident report, $250 fine and $100 restitution; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident and driving to endanger, dismissed (each).
Mark Churchill, 34, Limestone: violating condition of release, filed on $200 costs.
