CARIBOU — Spud Speedway held its final racing event of the season Sept. 14, with champions crowned in all classes.
This year’s winners are, Gage Theriault of Limestone in kids karts, Damian Theriault of Caribou in junior karts, Tyler Raymond of Caribou in senior karts, Shawn Dewley of Presque Isle in Northern Lights, J.R. Howlett of Presque Isle in Street Stock, John Craig of Ashland in the Challenger Series, Keith Thibeau of Fort Fairfield in Fast Fours and Jason Levesque of Caribou in Outlaw Sportsman.
The top three in Saturday’s point races were as follows: outlaw sportsman, first, Glenn Rasmussen of New Denmark; second, Connor Thibeau of Fort Fairfield; and third, Robert Tomlinson of Arthurette, New Brunswick.
Fast Fours: first, Keith Thibeau; second, Steve Levesque, Caribou; and third, Nate Haney, Limestone.
Street stock: first, Jon Dixon, Presque Isle; second, Howlett; and third, Matt Pellitier, Grand Falls, New Brunswick.
Challenger: first, Craig; and second, Todd Doody, Washburn.
Northern Lights: first, Matt Lloyd, New Denmark, New Brunswick; second, Dustin Francis, Monticello; and third, Galen Morrow, Limestone.
Senior champ karts: first, Raymond; and second, Mario Picard, Caribou. Junior champ karts: first, Damian Theriault.
Kids karts: first, Gage Theriault.
