CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of July.
John Ansolini, 22, Fort Fairfield: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts), $1,500 fine, five years in prison, all but 18 months suspended and three years’ probation (first), $400 fine and 18 months in prison (second).
Eric D. Blanchette, 32, St. Agatha: probation violation, 48 hours in jail and probation revoked; and assault, filed on $300 costs.
Dylan Bois, 23, St. David: operating vehicle without license, dismissed.
Basil B. Bragdon, 69, Ashland: unlawful sexual contact, dismissed.
Katie Britton, 30, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug (two counts), $400 fine and 30 days in jail (each).
Jonathan Cameron, 38, Woodland: aggravated criminal trespass, four years in prison, all but one year suspended, two years’ probation and $3,725.13 restitution; violating condition of release, six months in jail; assault (two counts), $300 fine (first) and six months in prison (each).
Jerry S. Churchill, 48, Fort Fairfield: possessing firearm or crossbow when prohibited, dismissed.
Nathan Corbin, 22, Caribou: probation violation, 10 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Colter B. Cross, 25, Caribou: operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine and six months in jail; and attaching false plates, 48 hours in jail.
Mark L. Crouch, Jr., 37, Caribou: probation violation, five years in prison, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Christopher Davis, 33, Presque Isle: unlawful sexual contact, dismissed; and sexual abuse of minor, 30 months in prison, all but five months suspended and two years’ probation.
Daryl Doody, 35, Perham: reckless conduct, operating under the influence, unlawful possession of scheduled drug (two counts), dismissed (each); motor vehicle speeding 30-plus mph over speed limit, 30 days in jail and 60-day license suspension; eluding an officer, two years in prison, all but four months suspended and two years’ probation; operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine; falsifying physical evidence and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail (each).
Sonja Engstrom, 38, Caribou: theft by deception, 60 days in jail.
Mark A. Fisher, 45, Limestone: unlawful sexual contact (two counts) and gross sexual assault (two counts), acquitted (each).
Jeffrey T. Hardgrove, 36, Westfield: burglary, three years in prison, all but 10 months suspended, two years’ probation and $8,882.09 restitution.
Michael Hoague, 27, Van Buren: probation violation, six months in jail and probation revoked.
Patrick M. Kelly, 46, Frenchville: operating vehicle without license, condition/restriction, dismissed.
Ronald D. Lewis, 23, Littleton: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, seven years in prison, all but four years suspended, three years’ probation and $2,572.91 restitution.
Kyle R. Lloyd, 19, Fort Fairfield: burglary, 18 months in prison, all but 90 days suspended, one year probation and $1,500 restitution.
Dean J. McCarty, Jr., 43, Hodgdon: domestic violence assault and domestic violence reckless conduct, dismissed (each); and criminal mischief, $250 fine.
Anthony Michaud, 27, Caribou: illegal possession of firearm and carrying concealed weapon, dismissed (each).
Devin M. Michaud, 23, St. Agatha: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
Benny Matt Nadeau, 24, St. Francis: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, filed on $400 costs.
Amanda Anne Nappi, 24, Mars Hill: OUI, filed without costs.
Reuben L. Pelletier, 20, Fort Kent, disorderly conduct, dismissed.
Nicholas Pignatiello, 22, Wade: aggravated assault and obstructing report of crime, dismissed (each); and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $250 fine.
S&S Distributors, Bridgewater: violating hazardous material regulation, $150 fine.
Nathan P. Sirois, 22, Van Buren: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
Gerald D. Tardie, 47, Nashville Plt.: driving to endanger, $575 fine and 30-day license suspension; and OUI, dismissed.
Danny P. Taylor, 37, Easton: refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, 364 days in prison, all but 30 days suspended and one-year administrative release sentence.
Joey Thibodeau, 42, Caribou: probation violation, 48 hours in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Renee L. Turcotte, 48, Edmundston, N.B.: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, filed on $400 costs.
Joshua D. Williams, 23, Mapledale, N.B.: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $400 fine; assault (two counts), filed on $100 costs (first), dismissed (second).
Roy E. Woods, 68, Caribou: unlawful sexual contact (two counts), 30 days in jail (first), 364 days in prison, all but 30 days suspended, one year probation and 500 hours’ community service; assault (two counts), $300 fine and 30 days in jail (each); and unlawful sexual touching, 364 days in prison, all but 30 days suspended, one year probation and 500 hours’ community service.
