Eleven-year-old Nathan Pitre shot this 126-pound doe near the Noyes Road in Fort Fairfield, near the town line. Pitre was hunting with his father on Nov. 2 when they came across the doe; Nathan put the deer down with a clean shot from 175 yards away. This was Nathan’s first doe, and earlier this year he also shot his very first partridge, too.
