CARIBOU — The following cases were heard in the District Court in Caribou during the month of November.
Nathan A. Anderson, 30, South Portland: criminal trespass and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, 30 days in jail (each), $400 fine (second).
Christopher D. Bechard, 25, Fort Fairfield: violating condition of release, seven days in jail.
Christopher A. Brink, 30, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, violating condition of release (two counts), 41 days in jail (each); and sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
Craig Brown, 42, Stockholm: domestic violence assault, dismissed; and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $600 fine.
Sabrina A. Decambra, 36, Caribou: theft of services, $200 fine and $139.41 restitution.
Kyle Gagnon, 21, Caribou: criminal trespass, not guilty.
Philip D. Green, Jr., 40, Woodland: violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
William Groom III, 26, Perham: domestic violence assault, dismissed.
Jonathan L. Holabird, 27, Caribou: criminal trespass, dismissed.
Richard Lachance, 49, Van Buren: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine.
Donna M. McAvoy, 50, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $250 fine.
Jamie McPherson, 27, Perham: criminal trespass, not guilty.
Beau Myrick, 26, Caribou: operating vehicle without license, $350 fine.
Kimberly Oakley, 33, Caribou: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
Allen C. Ouellet, 36, Washburn: violating protective order, dismissed.
Tammy Saucier, 50, Washburn: violating condition of release, 24 hours in jail.
William J. Sullivan, 51, Caribou: negotiating a worthless instrument, $200 fine.
Nathan A. Theriault, 30, Eagle Lake: guide knowingly assisting client in criminal violation (two counts) and criminal trespass, dismissed (each).
Adam T. Worsley, 29, Perham: criminal trespass, not guilty.
