Philip C. Adams, 38, Limestone: operating while license suspended or revoked and carrying concealed weapon, $250 fine (each); and attaching false plates, $150 fine.
Joshua Akerson, 27, Caribou: operating under the influence, $700 fine, seven days in jail and three years’ license and registration suspension.
Adriel Baez, 20, Limestone: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, 23 days in jail; criminal mischief, 48 hours in jail; and domestic violence assault, dismissed.
Brent Berube, 22, Limestone: assault, 48 hours in jail and one-year administrative release sentence; criminal mischief, 48 hours in jail and $100 restitution; and violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
Gerard A. Berube, 62, Presque Isle: disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, criminal trespass and violating condition of release, 10 days in jail (each).

Jonathan Bouchard, 43, Caribou: operating ATV on public way, $200 fine.

Daryl Doody, 35, Woodland: motor vehicle speeding 30-plus mph over speed limit, 30 days in prison; aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine and six months in prison; and violating condition of release, 20 days in prison.
Michael Fisher, 31, Houlton: criminal trespass, criminal mischief and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail (each); and violating protective order, five months in jail, all but 45 days suspended and one-year probation.
