BRIGMAN — A girl, Brianna Rose Brigman, born Feb. 4, 2014, to Chelsey McBreairty and Ben Brigman of Presque Isle. Maternal grandparents are Brian McBreairty of Limestone and Nancy Bell of Machias. Paternal grandparents are Sandra McDonald of Connor and Jeffery Irving of Portland.
