Kiehn, Picard, Sleeper win Caribou crowns

    CARIBOU — Wearing new tiaras after the “Alice in Wonderland” -themed pageant on March 22 are Teen Miss Caribou Kelsey Kiehn, Junior Miss Caribou Olivia Picard and Pre-Teen Miss Caribou Chloe Sleeper.

    First runner-up for Teen Miss Caribou was Alexis Guillemette, first runner-up for Junior Miss Caribou was Kyra Thibeault, and first runner-up for Pre-Teen Miss Caribou was Mia Theriault.
    Pre-Teen Miss Caribou also had a second runner-up, which was Edie Shea.
    Kiehn, Picard and Sleeper were also named Miss Congeniality in their respective age brackets.
    The pageants each had an interview portion, and winning each interview portion were Guillemette, Picard and Sleeper.
    The award for highest ticket sales went to Emily Collins.
    Competing in the event were:
Pre-Teen Miss
• Alexis Haley Gustin, daughter of Eric and Kimberly Gustin, who sang during the talent portion;
• Emily Elizabeth Collins, daughter of Anthony and Lisa Collins, who played the piano;
• Alexis Doroen, daughter of Jennifer Thomas and Joshua Doroen, who sang;
• Chloe Sleeper, daughter of Joseph and Tanya Sleeper, who played the piano;
• Katlyn Grace Jandreau, daughter of Nichol Soucy and Dave Jandreau, who sang;
• Edie Shea, daughter of Mark Shea and Becky Shea, who sang;
• Mia Theriault, daughter of Shane and Jenny Theriault, who sang;
• Kerrigan Guerrette, daughter of Andy and Sheila Guerrette, who danced;
• Marienna St. Peter, daughter of Keacha Corey and Kirk St. Peter, who read a poem; and
• Naomi Renee Cote, daughter of Ryan and Nicole Cote, who sang.
Junior Miss Caribou
• Olivia Picard, daughter of Bryan and Carla Picard, who sang;
• Kyra Thibeault, daughter of Rick and Beth Thibeault, who sang;
• Mariah Mink, daughter of Maryann Mink, who danced; and
• Taylor Paddleford, daughter of Lorie and Michael Paddleford, who sang.
Miss Teen Caribou
• Alexis Rosemarie Guillemette, daughter of Ron Guillemette and Patti Romano, who sang; and
• Kelsey Kiehn, daughter of John and Kim Kiehn, who sang.
    The pageant was directed by Sherrill Campbell.
