Basically as a 7th grader, we like a lot of things, especially movies and video games. I am not like that. I mean, don’t get me wrong, I love movies and video games as much as the next person but I’m not obsessed with them. I just hate it when people, especially adults, yell and scream at the game when they know the people in the game can’t hear them. That just gives me a headache. But I like to go skateboarding instead of being cooped up in the house all the time.
When I’m inside and I have to be, I love to watch the movie “Warm Bodies.” It is about a teenage zombie boy who ends up saving a human girl. They fall in love and R’s, that is the zombie’s name, heart begins to beat again. There are also zombies that look like black skeletons. The regular zombies turn into them once they have been zombies for too long. So at the end of the movie R ends up being human again, and the rest of the regular zombies all become humans too. I highly recommend this movie.
Let’s get on a different subject. Let’s talk about skateboarding. I personally love skateboarding even though I can’t do tricks. I still love to just zoom around on my skateboard. My friend also likes to skateboard. Skateboarding also keeps kids busy and helps them stay away from things that can get them in trouble. Mostly as a skateboarder you need to watch out for other skateboarders as you skate. If you fall, the best thing to do is get back up and try again. But you have to watch out for other skaters, just in case they run you over.
