On April 19th and 20th, the Caribou Assembly of God will be hosting “Rock the City,” a free public Easter weekend celebration in the new Church Activity Center at 116 Sweden Street.
The two-day event will begin at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday with a traditional “beans and hot dogs” fund-raising supper at the Activity Center, located directly across the street from Reno’s restaurant in Caribou.

The supper will be followed by a 6 p.m. showing of Mel Gibson’s “The Passion of the Christ,” which will be available to any adults who wish to view the film. Also, special supervised children’s activities will be provided during the showing of the film.
Sunday is “Resurrection Day” and will begin with a “Sunrise Breakfast” that kicks off at 8 a.m. and is open to the public. The Sunday morning breakfast will also be held at the Church Activities Center.
Breakfast will be followed by a special “Resurrection Celebration Service,” beginning at 9:30 a.m. All are invited to attend the special service.
