Barnes and Noble, two grey-and-white male cats, guests residing at the Halfway Home Pet Rescue in Caribou, are fixed, very well mannered and extremely unique in appearance; volunteers also say that the pair is happy, healthy and hoping for a home together.
“You will find that adopting these two very well-mannered cats will not only be a blessing to the happiness of your family, but your friends and family will envy you,” said HHPR President Norma Milton, adding that the two cats would be a great fit for any type of family situation. Call 999-1075 for a special appointment to meet with Barnes and Noble. HHPR is still in need of volunteers to help staff the Second Chance Thrift Store at 31 Herschel Street. The store is open on Thursday through Monday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Stop in for an application or call the shelter line 999-1075 to speak with Norma.
