    Somewhere under all that blue ice cream is 4-year-old Isabella Robbins, of Caribou. Robbins enjoyed the dessert during the annual Tie-Dye Extravaganza that took place on Aug. 8.

    The Eastern Maine baseball champions were riding in style during the Caribou Cares About Kids Parade.     Tied with Sleeper’s for the award “Best Use of Theme” were the Caribou City Employees.
