Ryan D. Bossie, 26, Caribou: theft by receiving stolen property, 18 months in prison, all but five months suspended, two years’ probation, $1,199 restitution; forgery and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, three months in jail (each); stealing drugs and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, five months in jail (each), $400 fine, $564.80 restitution (first).
Alan Joseph Bouchard, 36, Presque Isle: operating under the influence, $500 fine, 72 hours in jail, 150-day license suspension; and failing to stop for officer, $200 fine.
Brittany A. Britton, 21, Mars Hill: tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim, dismissed.
Preston E. Brown, 29, Woodland: operating after habitual offender revocation, priors (two counts), $1000 fine (each), six months in jail (first), two years in prison, all but six months suspended, two years’ probation (second); violating condition of release, 20 days in jail; and using artificial light to illuminate wild animals, $200 fine.
Anthony G. Collin, 32, Smithfield: probation violation, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Norberto Colon, 30, Washburn: probation violation and domestic violence assault, priors, 12 months in prison (each), probation revoked (first).

Christopher A. Davis, 34, Presque Isle: burglary (two counts), four years in prison, all but 13 months suspended, three years’ probation, $4,965.54 restitution (first), 13 months in prison (second); criminal mischief, six months in prison; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), dismissed (each); and aggravated criminal mischief, 13 months in prison.
