GUIOU — A girl, Lydia Grace Guiou, born on July 1, 2014, to Lacey and Paul Guiou of Fort Fairfield. Maternal grandparents are Keith and Valerie Bernier of Fort Fairfield. Paternal grandparents are Mark and Narda Guiou of Fort Fairfield.
ROCHFORD — A girl, Ellis Rae Rochford, born on July 14, 2014, to Paige Beaulieu and Philip Rochford II of Fort Fairfield. Maternal grandparents are Heather and Jody Beaulieu of Fort Fairfield. Paternal grandparents are Tom and D’Ann Rochford of Fort Fairfield.
PELLETIER — A girl, Claire Marie Pelletier, born on July 20, 2014, to Jessica and Christopher Pelletier of Presque Isle. Maternal grandmother is Barbara Merrithew of Fort Fairfield. Paternal grandmother is Yvonne Pelletier of Presque Isle.
