Adriel Baez, 20, Limestone: unlawful sexual contact, six years in prison, all but two years suspended, and three years’ probation.
Timothy M. Bolstridge, 32, Masardis: probation violation, 18 months in prison, probation revoked; violating protective order, 30 days in jail; operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine and one year in prison; and operating under the influence — no test, $600 fine, seven days in prison, 150-day license suspension.
Chad Brescia, 38, Caribou: unlawful trafficking in synthetic hallucinogenic drug and unlawful possession of synthetic hallucinogenics (two counts), dismissed (each).
Jessica L. Brown, 31, Houlton: probation violation, 45 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Kyle W. Brownly, 28, Houlton: burglary, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release, 40 days in jail (each).
Andrea Churchill, 42, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of hydrocodone, dismissed.
Richard J. Churchill, 23, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 18 months in prison, all but 90 days suspended, one-year probation and $1,708.73 restitution; criminal trespass and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail (each.
Richard J. Churchill, 45, Mapleton: OUI, dismissed; and reckless conduct, $1,000 fine.
Jennifer L. Cote, 38, Smyrna: violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
Sabrina A. Decambra, 37, Caribou: obstructing report of crime, domestic violence criminal threatening and domestic violence assault, priors, filed without costs (each).
Dustin R. Deschaine, 20, Madawaska: operating vehicle without license, $200 fine.
Dusty Glasscock, 25, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked and violating condition of release, dismissed (each).
Herschel M. Higgins, 54, Presque Isle: failing to control or report a dangerous fire, filed on $750 costs and $96.08 restitution.
Reece Humphrey, 21, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 14 months in prison, all but 30 days suspended, one-year probation and $540.29 restitution.
Samuel L. Jencks, 31, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, and aggravated forgery, six months in jail (each) and $1,000 restitution (second).
Francis J. Jolly, 55, Caribou: OUI, $750 fine, 45 days in jail and two years’ license suspension; and driving by habitual offender, dismissed.
Timothy D. Kelly, 58, Allagash: assault and domestic violence assault, dismissed (each).
Erin M. Kinney, 20, Caribou: OUI, $500 fine and 72 hours in jail.
Joseph E. Lizotte, 44, Van Buren: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 150-day license suspension.
