Caribou – Jordan K. McEwen, 18, died unexpectedly February 2, 2015, at his Caribou residence as the result of a house fire. He was born in Presque Isle, May 28, 1996, the son of Paul and Kristina (Fisher) McEwen.
Jordan was a 2014 graduate of Caribou High School and was a member of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Surviving in addition to his parents of Caribou are his brother, Kyle McEwen of Caribou, sister Chelsea McEwen and her companion Justin Wing of Perham, grandmother Ozline Fisher of Caribou, a niece, Paitynn Wing, many aunts, uncles and cousins. Jordan will also be remembered by many special friends.
Friends called at the Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir Street, Caribou, 7-9 p.m. Thursday. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated 1:00 p.m. Friday, February 6, 2015 from the Parish of the Precious Blood Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Following the service a time of continued fellowship and refreshments was held at the parish hall. Interment will be in the Old Holy Rosary Cemetery. www.mocklerfuneralhome.
